Description of service
- SmartBite is a food diary with AI-powered photo analysis.
- The app lets you track meals, get estimated calorie and macronutrient values, and generate reports.
- Analysis is performed automatically by artificial intelligence and is approximate in nature.
User accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
All elements of SmartBite (design, code, copy, logos) are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute app materials without our written consent.
Disclaimer
SmartBite is NOT a medical tool. Analysis data is informational and approximate and does not replace consultation with a doctor, dietitian, or other specialist. Do not make treatment or diet decisions based solely on app data.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of AI analysis and are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Data processing
Information about how we collect, store, and process your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using SmartBite, you also agree to the data processing terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available in the app. By continuing to use SmartBite after changes, you accept the updated terms.
