Offer agreement

Self-employed individual (самозанятый) Ratnikov Nikita Aleksandrovich, Tax ID (ИНН) 771876238583 (the "Provider"), offers individual users (the "User") to enter into a subscription agreement for access to the SmartBite Plus service on the terms set out in this offer agreement. Payment by the User of the selected plan constitutes acceptance of this offer.
1. Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants the User access to SmartBite Plus — an online food diary with AI-powered meal recognition, calorie and macronutrient calculations, and report generation. The service is delivered electronically via the SmartBite web and mobile applications.
2. Price and payment
The subscription fee for SmartBite Plus depends on the chosen plan: 199 RUB for one month (monthly plan) or 1990 RUB for one year (yearly plan). Current prices are shown on the checkout page. Payments are accepted online at smartbite.pro.
3. Service delivery
Access to SmartBite Plus is activated instantly upon successful payment. The access period matches the chosen plan duration (one month or one year, respectively) and starts from the date of successful payment.
4. Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically — at the end of each paid period, the price of the selected plan is charged to the User's card. At least 24 hours before each renewal, the User receives an email notification with the amount, charge date, and a cancellation link. The User can cancel the subscription in 1 click on smartbite.pro under Profile → Subscription — refund terms are described in section 6.
5. User consent
When making the first payment, the User confirms acceptance of these terms, including the auto-renewal terms, by checking the corresponding consent checkbox. Payment is not possible without such confirmation. This consent mechanism complies with Russian Federal Law 376-FZ dated 31 July 2025.
6. Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription management is available on smartbite.pro under Profile → Subscription (the SmartBite mobile app does not expose subscription management). Two options are available:
1. Turn off auto-renewal — tap "Remove saved card". Your saved card is removed, auto-renewal stops, Plus access stays active until the end of the paid period; no refund is issued.
2. Cancel subscription with refund — tap "Cancel subscription". Your Plus access ends immediately, and a pro-rata share of your payment for the unused days is refunded to the same card.
The refund is credited to your card within up to 10 days, depending on your bank. No additional email, letter, or claim is required.
7. Privacy
Processing of the User's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Miscellaneous
This offer agreement is published publicly on smartbite.pro. The Provider may amend this offer; amended terms apply to subsequent billing periods and are published on the site no later than 14 days before their effective date. Price changes are notified to the User individually by email.
